IMIA is a contemporary design project that works with natural fibers and artisanal processes in Mexico to create everyday objects.

Through the exploration of material, ritual, and process, each piece exists between function and expression, understanding objects as part of the gestures, routines, and rituals that shape daily life.

Working alongside artisans and local communities, IMIA approaches craft as a living practice that connects material, memory, and contemporary ways of inhabiting.
